The Alliance's 2024 Ecommerce and Digital Policy Index covers the adoption of 75 policies conducive to MSME ecommerce in 14 key areas in 60 countries. The index and a policy report based on it were published in September 2024. It updates and builds on our reports from 2018 and 2021.
